Empowering others has always been a passion for Sarahbelle and has fueled her decision to pursue physical therapy as a career. Sarahbelle is a licensed PT who graduated with both her B.S. in Kinesiology (Pre-PT) and Doctorate in Physical Therapy from San Diego State University in 6 years. Sarahbelle stems from a military family and has lived in Hawaii and Japan but she considers San Diego to be home. Sarahbelle describes her treatment approach to be educational, evidence based, and patient-goal focused. She is currently working towards her Orthopedic Clinical Specialist certification, which she believes will help her further her passion to optimize patient’s with prosthetics return to sport. Sarahbelle was very active with the Challenged Athletes Foundation in San Diego and hopes to reach out to the same population of sports-driven amputees in LA by means of physical therapy.
She is also an endurance athlete - completing all distances of triathlons from sprints to full Ironman events. When it’s time to clock out, you can catch Sarahbelle either playing with her furbaby, being a foodie, or triathlon training with her husband.
